Return Eligibility

1. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days after delivery confirmation.
2. Valid Grounds: Only eligible for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Shipping damage (must report within 48hrs of delivery)

  • Incorrect items shipped

3.Non-Returnable Items:

  • ① Clearance/Sale Items
    ② Accessories (Jewellery, accessories, etc.)
    ③ Customized/PERSONALIZED ITEMS (including engraved/monogrammed products)
    ④ Flash Sale/Black Friday Specials
    ⑤ PERSONAL CARE ITEMS (lingerie, swimwear, earrings)

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • With all original tags and packaging attached Evidence Requirement: High-resolution photos of defects/damage/wrong items must be submitted.

Return Process

1. Authorization Required: Contact Customer Service at service@alizeal.com/ service@szhongshan.cn before shipping.
2. Shipping Address: Ship to Specified After-Sales Address ( Do NOT use the original shipping address)
3. Return Label: Returns for non-quality issues, customers bear all return shipping costs. Freight Collect (FTC) is not supported.

Refund Processing

1. Refunds are issued within 2 business days of warehouse inspection approval.
2. Deductions:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Restocking fees apply:
    a. 10% for 2-3 items
    b. 20% for 4+ items
    c. Method: Refunds to original payment method.

Special Product Policies

1. Custom Size Dresses:

  • Strictly non-returnable due to personalized production.

  • Limited alterations reimbursement: Email tailor receipt to service@alizeal.com/ service@szhongshan.cn within 14 day

2. Personalized Items: Final sale (no returns/exchanges)

3. Personal Care Items: Hygiene-sensitive items (lingerie/swimwear) cannot be returned.

Cancellation Policy

≤48 hours 100% refund
48-72 hours 80% + shipping costs
73-120 hours 50% + shipping costs
>120 hours Shipping costs only
After shipment Non-cancellable

Note: Items shipped within 48 hours are not eligible for a full refund.


Liability Exclusion

Alizeal is NOT RESPONSIBLE for:
a. Return parcels lost/damaged in transit
b. Customs duties, taxes, or inspection delays
c. Non-Alizeal products returned
d. Items altered/used before return retain tracking receipt as proof of postage.

Refusal Rights

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • a. Received after 14 days
    b. Missing tags/packaging
    c. Show signs of wear or damage
    d. Violate hygiene protocols (e.g. lingerie without protective seal)
